Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026

Plainly: the research here is to inform and educate, not to tell you what to trade. These terms set out what you can expect from Outlier Securities and what we expect in return.

1. Not investment advice

Everything Outlier Securities publishes — the blog, the FundFlow brief, stock coverage, and any premium signals — is commentary and education. It is not investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are responsible for your own decisions; consider your circumstances and seek a licensed professional where appropriate.

2. No warranty on data

Market data, figures, and analysis are provided “as is.” We work to be accurate but do not guarantee that any number, signal, or statement is complete, timely, or error-free. Past performance and backtested results never guarantee future outcomes.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Free and paid tiers grant access to different content; we may change tier boundaries, pricing, or features. Do not share, scrape, or redistribute member-only material.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access areas you are not authorised to, or use automated means to extract content beyond normal reading. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outlier Securities is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, anything published here. You use the research at your own risk.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date below. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
